Can you explain to me how this is used? For example can I create one and us it on my hotmail account? pame

It is a contact form script, you choose how you want it to look, what fields you want to require, and then generate the script, copy the script, and then use it on your blog, or wherever you want. You can enter any email address for them to send the responses too, so yes your hotmail will work :)

This sounds like it might work on my Blog where I plan on holding interviews when people request them so it would give me a way to get there information. Thanks, for sharing this with me. I like to learn new things.
